Change the World Hackathon
Infosys, a global leader in tech & consulting, wanted to hire America’s most powerful graduate programmers. So we set up a series of hackathons to demonstrate the world-changing impact of a career on their elite graduate scheme.
We built world-changing creative for Facebook and Instagram ads, targeting and signing up the exact Computer Science graduates Infosys wanted to hire.

Power to the Candidate
Agency, independence and impact: all were key motivators for the US graduate programming talent pool, so we put choice at the heart of the campaign. Candidates were able to pick one of five world-changing themes to hack: Climate Change, Social Justice, Mental Health, Future of Work and Student Debt.
Back to Slack
We set up an online community on Slack for the top 80 candidates. They could meet their fellow hackers, plan their project, and get help from Infosys reps ahead of the hackathon.
Same Day Hiring
We managed the hackathons and worked with Infosys teams on the ground to deliver an excellent candidate experience that converted into same day interviews and hires.
